As a purchaser at Punta Perla, you will benefit from privileged tax treatment on your real estate transaction in the Dominican Republic.

Real estate transfer tax is waived altogether when you purchase at Punta Perla, while regular real estate transfer taxes in other locations total 4.48% of the purchase price.

The purchaser might receive a number of the tax incentives included in the Tourist Incentive Law No. 158-01 of October 2001, amended by Law No. 184-02, of November 2002.
