What documents will I need to purchase property in the Dominican Republic?
- Two forms containing official photo ID, one of which being your passport.
If you are planning to obtain finance for the property you will need:
- Copies of your last year’s income tax returns.
- Documents of other sources of income, e.g. savings and check account statements, outstanding debts or proof of on time payments. Show anything you can that will prove your solvency.
